Make a hotel reservation …

Reserve at room at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Downtown via the hotel’s website or call the reservations line at (855) 242–3285.

Airport transportation information …

The conference hotel, Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Downtown, is one block from a Minneapolis/St. Paul area MetroTransit light rail station where there is frequent and inexpensive public transportation direct to and from the airport.

The train serves both terminals at MSP. Only the Blue Line goes to the airport, so any train headed into Minneapolis is the right train. When you get downtown, it’s the Warehouse District Station that’s one block from the conference hotel.

The hotel does not offer shuttle service, but recommends taking an Uber or Lyft from the airport.

SuperShuttle offers Minneapolis Airport Service. The cost of a shared ride one way trip is $16. Reserve an airport shuttle here.
